London Grows Food Locally… 100 Feet Down

Proving that people are going to any length—and now depth—to produce locally grown food, a UK company has converted a former London bomb shelter into a veggie production facility. Zero Carbon Food is the company, and their "farm" is located 100 ft. under the city, using flood benches and LED lights to grow lettuce and microgreens. Will such systems replace greenhouses?
